Once your Initial Deep Cleaning is complete, we will send back the crew to maintain housekeeping either weekly, every two weeks or 4 weeks. Our cleaning service crew will arrive the same day of week, the same approximate time of day and we never cancel. If your cleaning service happens to fall on a major holiday, we will contact you well in advance with an alternate house cleaning date.

¨ All Rooms – Clean, dust and vacuum. Dust windowsills, clean interior, reachable windows, doors, blinds, picture frames, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves, and baseboards. Vacuum floors and wash floors throughout. Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets.
¨ Kitchens – Clean appliances, cabinets surfaces, table and chairs. Sanitize and scrub counter, sinks and back splashes. Clean stove exterior, refrigerator exterior and microwave interior and exterior. Load and run dishwasher or hand wash minimal dishes. Wash and scrub floors. Clean Sliding Glass or French Door in and out (weather and alarm permitting)
¨ Living Rooms, Dining Rooms and Bedrooms– All furniture dusted and wiped. Carpet or area rugs will be vacuumed and wood floors will be dust mopped and cleaned. All electronic equipment and knick-knacks will be dusted. Beds made. Linens changed per request for additional fee.
¨ Bathrooms - Clean, disinfect and deodorize showers, bathtubs, vanities, exteriors of cabinets, mirrors, sinks and toilets. Wash and scrub floors, tile walls and polish chrome.
¨ Halls – baseboards, doors and switch platforms dusted. Vacuum carpets or wash floors throughout.
¨ First Cleans – Exterior of all cabinets, baseboards and wood trim will be washed. High dusting will be completed. Carpets will be edged with the vacuum edger attachment. Doors, switch plates will also be cleaned. These items will then be done as needed on routine cleanings.
¨ Move Outs/Move In/Post Construction and Empty Units also include interior of all cabinets, drawers, closets and appliances.
• All Rooms – Clean, dust and vacuum. Dust/Wipe windowsills, doors, blinds, picture frames, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves, and baseboards. Vacuum floors and wash floors throughout. Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets and change liners. Empty recycle receptacles and place in designated areas. Clean and polish drinking fountains. Wipe and disinfect all horizontal surfaces. Spot Clean reachable interior glass dividing offices and work spaces. Polish stainless steel surfaces including kick plates, elevator doors, etc.

• Offices and Conferences Rooms - do not disturb papers on desks unless instructed otherwise. Dust chair legs, vacuum upholstered chairs as needed and/or wipe down leather chairs as needed. Disinfect Telephones and dust keyboards. Dust or Wipe Computer Screens as needed. Dust/Wipe Cubicle edges and shelves.
• Kitchens – Clean appliances, cabinets surfaces, table and chairs. Sanitize and scrub counter, sinks and back splashes. Clean stove exterior, refrigerator exterior and microwave interior and exterior. Load and run dishwasher or hand wash minimal dishes. Polish Stainless Steel.
• Bathrooms - Clean, disinfect and deodorize showers, bathtubs, vanities, exteriors of cabinets, mirrors, sinks and toilets in and out. Wash and scrub floors, tile walls, stall walls and polish chrome. Change TP/PT and soap dispenser as needed. Polish Stainless Steel.
• Front Entries and Vestibules - Clean all reachable glass in and out. Vacuum or Sweep Entry Mats, pick up obvious trash and empty garbage near entrance.
• Maintain Appearance and Cleanliness of Janitors Closet and Utility Sinks
• First Cleans (Initial House Cleaning Service) – Exterior of all cabinets, baseboards and wood trim will be washed. High dusting of corners, vents, high light fixtures, etc. will be completed. Carpets will be edged with the vacuum edger attachment. Disinfect Switch Plates and Wash Baseboards as needed. Spot Clean Walls in trouble areas upon request. These items will then be maintained with your regular housekeeping.
