What areas do you serve?

Kesap Clean Professional Cleaning Service covers : Plainfield, Naperville, Shorewood, Bolingbrook, Romeoville, Lockport, Cresthill, Yorkville, Oswego, Aurora, Joliet, New Lenox and all areas in between for residential cleaning and All of Chicagoland for Office/Commercial Cleaning, Window Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning.

What does satisfaction guaranteed really mean?

At Kesap Clean we do not anticipate that you will be unhappy with our cleaning. Team Managers are required to check the cleaning before they leave a site. If however, you are dissatisfied with a cleaning for any reason, please call within 24 hours and we will reschedule a reclean or touch up at your convenience.

Refunds are not given.

What does Licensed, Insured, Bonded and Registered mean?

Kesap Clean is covered with both liability and workman’s compensation insurance and registered with all local, state and federal government agencies required for our business.  You can rest assured that if some unforeseen accident should happen in your home or office as a result of our team working there, Kesap Clean Professional Cleaning Service will take responsibility.

Do you bring your own supplies or do I need to provide them?

Kesap Clean Professional Cleaning Service brings our own supplies, vacuums and equipment.   Your job is to just let us in to work.  Should you require or request supplies that are not a part of our stock, simply ask and we will customize our cleaning to your needs. Commercial Cleaning sites will need (if requested for us to change them out) to supply their own paper products, soaps for dispensers, can liners, lightbulbs, etc. per the individual contract. Certain Commercial Cleanng projects may require their own onsight equipment dependant on the job. Kesap Clean Professional Cleaning Service can also be called on to inventory, order and stock these supplies.

How many maids/janitors will be in my home/business and how long will it take?

Kesap Clean Professional Cleaning Service believes in efficiency.  We generally clean in teams of 4 but dependent on the size of your home/business and unforeseen circumstances we will provide you with 2 to 4 maids/janitors for each visit.  The average 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home takes around 2 hours to complete a first clean with 4 maids and 1 ½ hours to complete a regular cleaning with 4 maids. Commercial projects may require more or less than 2 to 4 workers.

Will I have the same team of maids/janitors every time?

At Kesap Clean, we always do our best to keep you with the same cleaning team. This allows them to gain a feel for your home/business and gives you the peace of mind that comes with familiarity.  Requests to change your regular appointments and unforeseen circumstances do cause change in staff however.  We will make every effort to keep you with the same group.  We cannot commit however to the same maids/janitors each and every time.

Do I need to be home or at my business when the maids/janitors are there cleaning?

No, you can make arrangements with us for entry.  You can also rest assured that your key or garage code is in safe hands.  Team Managers pick up all client information at the beginning of their shift and are required to check it in to management prior to leaving work.  Keys and codes are kept separate and secure from client paperwork while in the office.

How do I pay for my services?

Kesap Clean accepts Credit Cards, checks or cash.

Simply leave a check out on the kitchen counter for the Team Manager to pick up for residential cleaning.  Payment is due the day of your cleaning and should be made payable to Kesap Klean..  Employees are permitted to accept tips.  Please leave tips separate from checks in the form of cash. In the event a check is returned by the bank, it will be brought to your attention and we will assess a handling fee of $35 per check.  Residential Late Payments are subject to a $25 late fee. Commerical Late Fees are a percentage of the cleaning.   Non Payment will be sent to collections after 30 days and another $25 collection fee will be assessed.

If you prefer to pay by credit card, prearrangements must be made with the office. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment arrangements need to be made with the office ahead of time and must be called in at least one business day prior to your cleaning.  Employees cannot accept credit card payment.

If payment is not left for the maids or janitors, cleaning cannot occur unless we are able to contact you and secure payment.  In the event we cannot contact you, we will be unable to clean and a Lock Out/Cancellation Fee will apply.

Invoicing is available to commercial cleaning clients only.

What if I need to change or cancel my cleaning appointment?

Simply call the office ahead of time and we will do our best to reschedule your cleaning appointment at your convenience. 

Please keep in mind that changes and cancellations must be called into the office at least 24 hours in advance.  Changes and cancellations called in with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a minimum $50 charge.

In addition, if our employees are not able to enter your home/business due to a lockout or client error a minimum $50 charge will be applied as well.

What if I need extra work done?

Again, at Kesap Clean, we pride ourselves on open communication with our clients and do our best to accommodate your needs.  Contact the office and we will schedule the extra time necessary.  Keep in mind additional fees may apply.

Will I be able to communicate with the employees in my home or office?

Kesap Clean Professional Cleaning Services requires all employeess to speak English on the job.

What types of Cleaning Products do you use?

We use only the best products, Dyson Vacuums ®, Bona® Hardwood Cleaner and Microfiber technology to name a few. ;LYSOLŪ 4 in 1 All Purpose Cleaner is used to disinfect all kitchen and bathroom surfaces, doorknobs, toilet handles, telephone receivers. Soft Scrub® Gel with Bleach is used to disinfect all toilets. If there are other products you prefer that fall within Osha guidelines, we will be happy to accomodate you. Call the office with your requests for customization.
